We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Service, such as Supabase (data hosting and authentication) and our Merchant of Record partners (Lemon Squeezy/Paddle) for payment processing. All data is processed using industry-standard encryption and security practices.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroLanding disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the total amount of fees you have actually paid to MicroLanding during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
