By accessing or using MicroLanding (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MicroLanding.

2. Description of Service

MicroLanding is an AI-powered SaaS tool designed to help founders generate landing pages, marketing copy, and UI components. The Service includes text generation, page previewing, export tools, publishing features, analytics, custom domain mapping, and hosting on our infrastructure. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. MicroLanding is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content, code, and assets generated by or for you through the Service. By using MicroLanding, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your generated content solely as necessary to operate the Service and provide publishing features.

5. Software Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Modification or Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including maintenance, updates, or business decisions. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MicroLanding and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount of fees you have actually paid to MicroLanding during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. If you have not paid any fees, our liability is limited to zero.
